“We are socialized to see what is wrong, missing, off, to tear down the ideas of others and uplift our own. To a certain degree, our entire future may depend on learning to listen, listen without assumptions or defenses.”
― Adrienne Maree Brown, Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds
LAS Visions
We help organizations make the difference they intend by merging actionable strategy with aligned, measurable systems for learning and evaluation.
LAS Visions is a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), physically located in Missoula, Montana and founded in 2022. The core of our work is aligning strategy and measuring progress in support of systems change. We do this through facilitation, learning, evaluation, capacity building and technical assistance.
We are built on interdisciplinary principles and combine our rigorous research approach with a dedication to social justice. Our partners and clients are local, state, and national nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and other mission-first organizations.
We are proud members of American Evaluation Association, Montana Public Health Association, Montana Nonprofit Association, and North American Food Systems Network.
Hi, I’m Lily
Founder and Principal
I've spent my career moving between direct service work --as a teacher, legal aid advocate, and volunteer with numerous children's programs, and systems level work--as a public health professional, researcher, and program evaluator.
Now, I’m committed to merging the two. I use my interdisciplinary background in public health, evaluation and education to guide stakeholder-centered projects that combine rigorous methods with a community-based approach. I’m passionate about learning and guiding participatory, stakeholder directed projects that ignite teams and create lasting change within organizations and communities.
I serve on Missoula City-County’s Justice, Equity and Diversity Inclusion (JEDI) Advisory board, and as co-chair on American Evaluation Association’s Independent Consulting Topical Interest Group.
I hold a MSPH from Johns Hopkins (department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health), a MA in Teaching from National Louis, and a BA in International Affairs from Northeastern University. I'm certified in strategic planning through North American Food System's ACRE program, and trained in other facilitation modalities including Technology of Participation Facilitation (ToP).
Our Approach
While each organization and project is unique, we approach all our work centering the following values.
